Rubal Jain
Managing Director
Rubal Jain has been with the Safexpress leadership team since 2006. His visionary leadership is manifested
through company's burgeoning presence in 622 cities and its accelerating sales growth rate.
He has been instrumental in improving systems and
process flows across the organization as well as in developing the business strategy of the company.
Rubal Jain has implemented successful policies to manage capital finances and brought on-board rich
experience in managing large-scale business projects. He has started various new lines of businesses.
Some of these include B2C Logistics (catering to the requirements of e-commerce companies) and
Safeducate (catering to skill training in supply chain management). Rubal Jain has completed his
Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University, New York and MBA from Stanford
University's Graduate School of Business. He is now on the Advisory Board of Columbia University's
Global Centers, Mumbai.
He is also an active member of Entrepreneur's Organization, and currently serves on the board of EO
New Delhi Chapter.
SR Sharda

SR Sharda is a simple, dynamic and enthusiastic personality who started his career
as a Banker and has worked in the State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur.
He has been associated with the group since 1985, and has been with Safexpress since its
inception. He has assumed various responsibilities of the organisation, including finance,
business development and mentorship. Through his proven skills and expertise, he has
immensely contributed towards the success story of Safexpress.
SR Sharda holds a professional degree of Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Divya Jain
CEO, Safeducate
Divya Jain is the founder and CEO of Safeducate, a specialist in supply chain & logistics training.
She established Safeducate in 2007 with a vision to impart relevant supply chain skillsets to the
unemployed youth of India and has since skilled over 20,000 students in
more than 52 cities. Currently, the institute is successful in creating
awareness amongst the masses about the tremendous scope of employment in the industry.
The skilled and talented graduates from this institute are readily absorbed in different
positions by the reputed players in the industry. She is also a co-founder of START, an NGO
that works in the space of spreading art awareness and education.
Divya has a Masters in management studies from University of Cambridge, UK and a B.A. (Honors)
in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi University. She also holds an LL.B degree from University
of London.
Rajesh Kumar Jain
Vice President - Finance
Rajesh Kumar Jain started his career nearly two decades back in 1996 with Safexpress.
He is presently working as the Vice President ' Finance
in the company, where he is managing a team of 250 employees and
administering the entire Finance & Accounts related matters
in the organization. He is involved with conceptualizing, implementing and supervising
the financial reporting processes and on-time compliance of accounting standards.
He has contributed significantly towards redesigning processes, monitoring & analyzing trends
and establishing forecasting models to ensure greater financial control in the organization.
Rajesh Kumar is a Commerce graduate from Guwahati University, an ICWAI from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India and an FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
